WHAT LEASING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer 6-12 month leases.

IS RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED?

You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Trailside provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.

DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL LEASES & CO-LIVING?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

DO YOU ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS?

Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.

CAN THE APARTMENT BE SUBLET OR LISTED ON SHORT-TERM RENTAL PLATFORMS LIKE AIRBNB OR VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

8AM - 10PM

HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGES/DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE LOCKERS?

Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.

ARE BBQ GRILLS AVAILABLE?

Yes, grills are open from 8AM-10PM.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the property.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

We offer assigned parking.

Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

Yes, Rise Trailside is a pet-friendly community.

WHAT SCHOOLS ARE IN THE AREA?

Glendale Elementary School District #40, Glendale High School.

How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located 15 miles from Rise Trailside.

Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?

We are located minutes from Interstate 17 and the US-60.

DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

WHAT TYPE OF FLOORING DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE?

Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

IS THERE A BATHTUB OR JUST A SHOWER?

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES AND FEATURES DOES THE KITCHEN HAVE?

Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

DO KITCHEN SINKS HAVE A GARBAGE DISPOSAL?

Garbage disposals are available in select apartment homes.

DO APARTMENTS HAVE DISHWASHERS?

Dishwashers are available in select apartment homes.

DOES THE APARTMENT COME WITH A MICROWAVE?

Microwaves are available in select apartment homes.
